About Me

I was born and raised in North Carolina. I grew up going outside and traveling a lot... AND I fell in love with it. While growing up digital photography was fairly new and my school's art classes were starting to get software etc. to support editing photos and printing. I was terrible at drawing, painting, and sculpting so I thought hmm I like technology maybe I could get into this photography thing. That led me to figuring out how to get my hands on a Cannon Rebel in late middle school.

Over the course of the next few years I traveled... New Zealand, Australia, Caribbean, and South Africa. As well as all over America in order to obtain Boy Scout's highest honor Eagle Scout. For those of you that do not know that means I did a lot of camping and backpacking. I fell in love with the vast beauty of different cultures and nature all over the world.

In terms of being a professional photographer... I consider myself a hobbyist, photography is my hobby. I take pride in my pictures and strive to deliver nothing but the absolute best. I did win a few local awards in high-school for a few photos I took while in South Africa. Other than that I have sold prints to friends.
